Restore the catchment canals, storm water drains, all the way upto the lakes. This would fill the lakes to FTL and people will vacate due to inundation. It also delineates the FTL. Inspite of good rains, many lakes are empty or very less filled because, canals are blocked. Empty lakes are easy subject of capture.

Doesn’t apply for electricity, sewage, water, assessments, LRS, Building permission, occupancy certificate upon completing… So was the government napping when all this was being done

You are a smart person and don’t become a scapegoat while trying to impress your boss!! Your boss issued a GO and roll out SUCKed big time!! Ask your boss to come out and clarify his previous comments on LRS and building regularization!! Hypocrite!! Instead of protecting people, you are attempting to absolve govt from responsibility!! Sir ur intesion is good but in some cases your office are misleading information about FTL buffer because you have to take the real extent of the lake or Kunta and in flow out flow properly and drainage system should not enter into it and should diside the ftl buffer zone propley 🙏
