And this is why we have a little thing called background checks! Had the Diamond Cutters done some research , they would have likely found no history on this so called “Duo” character that Mimic was posing as. My guy Silver got the worst treatment from Lanolin, who I don’t understand why she was being extremely rude to him. He’s been in the game, fight, or whatever you wanna call it for years before she came on the scene! Despite how the circumstances looked, at least give the guy the benefit of the doubt. He did after all help, in a large amount of contribution, to bring the metal virus to an end.

good to see that you're back in the sonic comic business SonicAmyMcDo. I must say, this is a travesty, because Mimic actually gets away with it, Silver and Whisper have begun doubting themselves, the former has been dismissed from the Diamond Cutters and the latter ends up agreeing with Lanolin, who was a bit of a jerk, in spite of her good intentions, and she especially was fooled into believing that Duo was an innocent victim and Silver was the danger, when it was in fact the other way around. one day this'll get remedied, with Silver cleared, Whisper back on Mimic's trail and Lanolin getting humbled when Mimic reveals himself.

Lanolin is still getting used to being a leader. Yes she could've handled it better, but she's following the rule book when it comes to leading a team. And to be fair, despite knowing how Mimic operates, it would be better to actually have some proof, but counterpoint, Lanolin is taking the word of a complete rookie, whereas you'd think she'd take the concerns of people she's known for a lot longer and listen to their side before making a judgement call. It's a dilly of a pickle that's for sure.
