IEBC Chair Wafula Chebukati Declares Ruto As President-Elect At The Bomas of Kenya

The Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission Chair Wafula Chebukati Announced UDA Presidential Candidate William Ruto as the winner of the 2022 General Election on 15th August 2022 at the Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi.
Chebukati revealed that the Kenya Kwanza's flag bearer won the presidential election with 7,176,141 votes (50.49%) while Azimio la Umoja presidential candidate Raila Odinga garnered 6, 942,930 (48.85%)votes.

Of course there are key stake holders locally and internationally who always already know the results before official announcement. Its a security thing i think. Why was Raila absent ? Why did the US government advice her citizens to stay away from Nyanza areas ? Even Uhuru Kenyatta already knew the results. The announcement is for the public and to make things official as required by the law. They knew he had taken it thats why they were doing the things described by Wafula Chebukati.
