i think it's time killing technique . I seems that we should read just question than need to select key word and find the key word in the passage then select correct answer via eliminate.

@@itsaadeezslovers2163 thanks for replying , here i am trying to solve my ielts reading passages and obvious my main focus is on only finding answers quickly . becuase this is also a trick . if you read all words properlpy , it will take longer time to solve it anyway i will take care of my reading skills . keep doing more practice for ielts reading passages then you will get higher band scores .
