Yes ,we are using one century adv Like 2023 will be called as twenty first century. 1782 means 18 th century

It's not guess work dear,it's hard work for finding,skimming and scanning through out the Ielts reading passages. Only u need to focus on ( all , most , everyone etc ) when these are in question statement , then focus..
