I'm a technophile. I use my phone, laptop and tablet everyday about 8 hours. But i try to remove them from everyday life and spend more time in nuture. For example yesterday I didn't read e-book. I went to library and borrowed printed book. Thank you for podcast this was really useful))

I also consider myself a technophile, seeing the various applications and the continuous improvement that technology has, in my case I am very demanding when it comes to getting a device, I review every aspect of it, until I am satisfied, however I am also satisfied. aware of how dependent we have become on it to the point that we trust and spend much of our time depending on it, the topics that were mentioned in this video opened my eyes to a reality that I was innocently unaware of.
