I don't think it's fair to ask "what disease does he have?" A fever isn't a disease. It's a bacterial or viral infection. This can be misleading/confusing for peoole watching your video. However, this could have been a trick question you asked to see if she was paying attention. If that's what you intended to do.

It is because they are the students of A1 test not the students of language classes.... Secondly it's their first mock test so they were a bit nervous but inshAllah they'll be confident in their official test due to this test....
