No, no need for that .. and you can check the answer papers of the Cambridge IELTS books to revise all these issues and be sure about your answers

25:40 If we choose to write all the answers in capital letters, we need to write "29TH" or "29th"?

There is no clear idea about this uppercase state of the ordinals in the whole language, but in all cases 29TH is not wrong, it is just uncommon. So, I think I can opt for it in IELTS as its marking is computerized. But it is just my point of view.

Dear doctor. One of the listening tests someone said (I lived in Sydney one year and six months in Adelaide), Book 4, test3, Section one, requires no more than 3 words and/or numbers. How can I write it? (1.6 years or 1 1/2 years or 18 months)?
