I found 31 correct answers but 23 and 24 given questions were really problem. That's all about starting " "by" preposition. Could you tell me how can I improve this sort of questions?

qestion 11 is also wrong. the lack of recognition is the reason that employees leave, not supervisors think they leave. Supervisors think it is all about wage.

@ yes but the question is what the supervisors mistakenly think they leave.. am I mistaken?
