It matters less that a keyword appearance is how many times in list of headings. Because that keyword might be used in different paragraphs in passage. Then again you have to invest time to choose the right one.

Please I request you to make a video on implementing this strategy so we can see how you implement this strategy. I have recently cleared my exam with self prepartion in my 2nd attempt with IELTS score of overall 7 band. Reading was really a daunting task for me even though I applied all strategies still i use to get low band. So I started to concentrate more on modules like listening and writing. Finally I'm happy that I got desired band with L:8, R:6.5, W:7, and S:6 with overall 7 bands.
