For example in this video candidate said that building was built at the end of 20th century. For these we can say some random and reasonable lies? If we don't the exact time and date etc?

I do not understand when these nonsense of trying to learn a language to the extreme will stop. It is complete stupidity. Is IELT for visa for countries? If some countries ask for this, you the people in the third world countries try to understand, they are not accepting you just based on your skills/expertise on your job. Language is something you can go and learn. In single world, still you are working under them as slave.

She may be well-prepared, but I find that her pronunciation is not good enough for Band 9. If there weren't subtitles, some words would be hard to understand without some effort due to mispronunciation and problems with word stress, and, possibly, it would be hard to follow.
