the variation of band score is so high across countries. Candidates in Asian countries are scored lower than those in European counties because of the examiner's judgements varied from one another. The candidate can only be scored with band 8-8.5.

I personally found myself a little bit uncomfortable when the examiner just started reading a question as a way to signal that her time is over. I saw some other examiners saying like “ok, here I’m gonna stop you, or just Okkk”. The method used here seemed a little bit rude, and might derail the candidate in a way that he could miss the first words of a question as his brain is still thinking about the answer on the previous question.
