Well as per Indian rupee it's too high (1700-2000 INR) here we can do whole classes of 3-6 month for just about 10,000-20,000 (equivalent to around few speaking practice test with you.)

@@mahreen7559 I would say fluency is the most important factor .Don't fumble while speaking and avoid using fancy words just to impress the examiner ( though lexical resources are important).Dont deviate from the topic rather go in a meticulous manner and dont speak too fast Accent is not very important but your pronunciation does play a significant role.In case you find difficulty in answering some questions , think for 2 mins and then you shall start speaking .Always maintain eye contact with the examiner and don't hesitate to ask him/her to repeat any question in case you can't understand it in the first go!
