good morning teacher 34. Charles indicated to Pepys that he had planned his escape before the battle. In paragraph "After the battle was so absolutely lost as to be beyond hop of recovery, I began to think of the best way of saving myself. I not sure that answer should be : No because in Q: he had planned "before" the battle but in paragraph "after" the battle he began to think of saving himself. please kindly consider my idea and explain about. A million thank.

U said that there wan no planning of escape, but if u be more attentive and take a look to the last sentence of paragraph 2, u can see that it was mentioned, and secondly, if there is no information about escaping at all as u said, then the answer would be NG ("expert") u just know the correct answer and claiming it as your opinion.

I strongly request everyone to focus on her explanation you will definitely improve your scores.. My personal score is from first 2 passages I always get 20 to 21 so your done with 5.5 then you just have to get 8 or 9 more to 6.5 or 7

34 Charles indicated to Pepys that he had planned his escape before the battle. Answers - king explained to the writer ( suddenly happened) escaped from the place it means no planning was there it happened bcz of incidents. That means false ( no ) Contradiction is there.

So in information in IELTS reading passage --- Ans-- B -to give an account of the circumstances leading to Charles II’s escape Explanation - First para is about the situations/ circumstances how he escaped from his kingdom. To Catch a King, tells us the story of the hunt for King Charles II in the six weeks after his resounding defeat at the Battle of Worcester in September 1651. And what a story it is. After his father was executed by the..... If you read the whole para , you will find the circumstances. Try to understand the lines as well as whole paragraph
