The diagram illustrates the process of manufacturing instant noodles. Overview: Overall, it is clear that the manufacturing process of instant noodles consists of eight different stages and several different tools and infrastructures, which started from storing flour in silos and ended with labeling and sealing cups. In the first stage of the process, flour is stored in a storage called silos and then shifted to a mixer to mix it with water and oil and made dough. After making dough, a roller is used to make dough sheets. Next, dough sheets are entered into a machine to produce dough strips. In the following stage, noodles discs are made using a machine. Then cooking oil is mixed with these discs and kept to dry. In the seventh stage, using a machine vegetables and spices are mixed with noodles discs into cups. Finally, to market instant noodles, these cups are labeled and sealed.

In the initial stage of the process, cane were planted and let them grow for next 12-18 months until they grow enough for further processing. Those cane were then cut either with the help of a machine or using workforce sometimes. After collecting raw canes from the cultivation land, they were then taken to a crusher machine and with the help of it cane juice is being separated from the cane.

Bd 2 At the next stages of the process, a limestone filter is used to remove any kind of imlurities or dirts from the extraxted juice, which also enhance the quality of the juice. At fifth stage, syrup is created by heating the extracted juice through a evaporated tank. Than, sugar crystals are distracted from syrup in a machine named centrifuged. Finally, we get edible sugar after the drying and cooling process of resulting product.
