Got 8 overall in December 17, 2022 ielts exam. I followed your writing videos and got 7.5 in writing. I want to add that I was actually hesistant in following your ideas such as no intro line, no 'this essay will explain'... because EVERYONE guides to write these so not following the suit seemed risky to me. However, the risk was worth it and I did exactly what you tell in your videos (no intro, no this essay will explain and solid examples...) and got 7.5 in W. I am grateful for your guidance. Yes, just keep it simple if you want the reader to understand what you are trying to say in your written essay, as well as a simple and approachable structure that should keep in mind at all times. Remember the Golden Rule: don’t overdo yourself. You will most likely to lose later. This is the best technique I’ve watched so far!

Man you’re really great!! I already watched various videos of yours! So authentic! I’m a mother of 3. I’ll (32) make my Abitur in germany, hopefully in 2025, so i can study in Uni. Your videos helping me really out!! Some basics in text writing are the same as in Germany. Nobody wants to teach freely these concrete steps. So sad, but your videos really helping me out! Thank you so much. I just got a crash course from your two videos just this day while at work. I availed myself a mock test for IELTS Academic, apparently, I was too nonchalant and overconfident while wasting away the weeks not preparing for it. But thank you, I believe your vids will help me a lot for tomorrow's exam. I will watch more of your content vids to help me better prepare for my actual exam, maybe starting on the day after next, because tomorrow is my somewhat D Day, and so I need to chillax again right after. Hi Chris, I just want to say thank you for your amazing flawless videos. I had never written any Task 2 until two days ago and took a mock exam yesterday. I wanted to evaluate my reading and listening skill and I didn't intend to even write Task 2. But the other day I accidentally watched this video about Task Two on your KZbin channel and started the 5-day challenge and finished it the same day and did all assignments. That was amazing, and I really enjoy your attitude about how a Band 7 or above should be written without any memorization. I was very upset that it was just about an opinion question. Believe me, except the question in the exam yesterday was a discussion, and I had just 29 min for Task 2. I started to write and always had you in my mind about task response, and today I got a 6 overall in Task 2 and 7 in Task 2 response! It was unbelievable without reading a word and even writing an essay I got that, and I hope I can wrap it up for my real exam. Thanks for every incredible video that sharing here. I really would be thankful if you add some tips about other question types.
