Part 2 question 4 answer key is misleading. Question: what is not important to the man? "Cooking in the new oven" = implies there is an oven in the kitchen but the man isn't interested in using it. The recording states that the kitchen doesn't have an oven which means the answer key is incorrect. The closest correct answer is option 3, "having all the appliances". The rental is missing an oven (therefore it doesn't have all the appliances) and the man doesn't find it that important.
