Have you guys tried forward stepping? It makes more structural sense and thus streamlines the dance and greatly enhances the leading/following experience! Also it is much more close to what Cubans in Cuba actually do (if you cared about authenticity, which it is totally OK if you do not)

Nothing wrong with the Setenta in this video, it’s a good example of it, it is a variation, there are hundreds of Setenta Variations. Original Setenta people are thinking of has an extra Enchufle at the end, and has been referred by some in Cuba as “Setenta de Rueda”, at least this is what Jorge Camagüey calls it. In Cuba (like the rest of the world) there isn’t universal standardized naming for many moves of Casino.
