Yoga is a very sacred, spiritual practice stemming from Hinduism. Some of the very poses are dedicated to specific Hindu gods (aka demons). Please pray and ask God if that is a practice you should be incorporating. In Deuteronomy 12:29-31, God instructs the Israelites that they should not worship Him the way pagans worshipped their god(s). With yoga (literally meaning yoke/unite), the intent was to unite the yoga practitioner with the Hindu god. Yet we are to take the yoke of Christ. It's also considered cultural appropriation.
