I like this Guy, Dr Abel Damina. He is a sincere servant of God. Undiluted. I can remember very well in 2013 on my way back from Lagos to South Africa after visiting TB Joshua's church. I spotted Dr. Abel Damina on his way to the US. He prayed for me and his lovely beautiful down to earth wife took my phone and took myself and her husband a picture. Dr. Damina encouraged me to stay very close to God's word. Those 10 Minutes in Logos airport was indeed a blessing in my life. God bless him.

The day i started questioning the spirit behind some pastors was the day i went for a programme in House on the rock church in Enugu. A guest pastor was asking people to donate money. He now mentioned that even if the money is blood money, that people should bring it, that the blood of Jesus will wash away the bad part of the money. I pinched myself. Immediately, the resident pastor stood up and collected the mic and corrected that narrative, that anybody with blood money should please dont bother donating. To me, Dr Paul Enenche has not proven any sense of maturity in this matter. He preaches honour and loyalty, he preaches gratitude and respect, it is dishonourable and disloyal, ingratitude and lack of appreciation to "stay quiet" in a situation like this. Why not clear the air and put the issue at rest once and for all. For him not to even mention categorically but in a flimsy manner, any of the things Dr Abel Damina said regarding the beginning of his ministry in his biography shows clearly the bias, motive and personal beef he has with Dr Abel Damina, (my opinion in relation to the facts presented). Dr Paul Enenche has already made derogatory and demeaning statements which any man with a good sense of reasoning and responsibility will know that he was referring to Dr Abel Damina. His statements were targeted at an issue and points to a particular matter, some may deny it but that's the truth. Regarding the issue of where Dunamis started, I think the speakers didn't do their assignment very well. Probably there is a listening comprehension problem. I think Dr Damina will not have all those details if he was not reliably informed by a reliable informant and what he witnessed. The Adamu of a guy sounds bitter and defensive. Why use statements like "a lie/total fallacy from the pit of hell", it is uncalled for? It is simple, put the records straight by making your point. Adamu and Co. clearly shows that they were all put together to say what they said because if you observe, the clip of their confession was edited in different segments of the entire video. It seems they are almost saying the same things with some statements/phrases correlated and precisely put, as if they are reading from a script. By the way, when did it become a bad thing for a church to start from someone's parlour, that Mr Adamu will vent and start using vile words? All the same, Dr Damina was not expected to mention step by step how the Church Dunamis, started and grew. He was simply answering a question asked and will only focus on the relevant issues regarding the question and time given, in an attempt to provide the appropriate answer to the question asked. The fact that the founding members of Dunamis could come out to only refute the parlour issue gives credibility to all what Dr Abel Damina said. Idoma TV being at the helm of broadcasting and publishing any rebuttal or counter-arguments in this matter, speaks volumes. Is it that they are doing all of this without the knowledge of Dr Paul Enenche or he is aware and uses it as his own method of providing answers to the claims made? Just a question that needs an honest answer. We have to be logical and sensible enough in situations like this. Above all, most of the people that have come on air on Idoma TV concerning this issue, are people who are under Dr Paul Enenche's spiritual oversight and are liable to him. Probably he should be aware. Again, Pastor Ibiyeomie is his "covenant brother", they associate well and are good friends. For him to speak against the person of Dr Abel Damina in that manner shows that he considers what Dr Abel Damina said as false, thereby believing his friend. Mind you, that was the reason why Dr Abel Damina put out the video as proof of what he is saying. All the same, we must practice what we preach for others to copy our good example. We follow men of God as they follow CHRIST, nothing more or less. Only JESUS is to be Glorified not men. All in all, thank you George for the facts, very laudable. In all fairness to Dr. Paul Enenche his statement about rat was made in 2021 or 2022. This issue about Dr. Abel Damina ordaining him only started late 2023. This means that there is a high probability that he wasn't referring to Dr. Damina. I watched the entire video where he preached that message and I doubt if that statement was from the place of hate or ridicule.

What I don't understand is the use of the word "Disrepute." How is the mention of one in connection to the starting of a church "Disrepute." lol Comedian Journalist George!! On a more serious note, I have followed Abel Damina since late 90’s when I lived in Calabar not too far from Uyo. This whole thing is not really news to some of us. Abel Damina, Ayo Oritsejafor, Mike Okonkowo, Uma Ukpai and a few others in charismatic circles if you started ministry in 90’s in Nigeria chances are that these were the men of God you looked up to, based on their fiery preaching style at the time and way they communicated. I imagine young preachers at the time did not have many televangelist to model after so it makes sense that many of the preachers that started in 90’s considered them mentors or fathers. I know a close friend pastor here in Atlanta that is a close friend of both Enenche and Damina. All this stuff is not really news
