I think Gyomei and Rengoku might as well since Gyomei looked some orphans before they were killed by a demon and Rengoku would mostly have looked after his younger brother after the death of their mother. Maybe Tengan and Mitsuri since both of them have younger siblings as well. Shinobu is also a maybe since she had to look after Kanao and rest of the butterfly girls after Kanae was killed, though she wasn’t as patient as Kanae was in the beginning.

@@Naz_RAB Eh, I'd argue more heavily for Gyomei. Sanemi had around 5 younger siblings compared to Rengoku and Mitsuri's one little brother. While Sanemi took primary care of his siblings due to keeping them away from his dad, there's no canonical proof that Tengen had any hand in raising his siblings. Also Shinobu looking after the butterfly girls after the death of her sister doesn't necessarily show her skill level with children, it shows necessity, Overall; Gyomei and Sanemi are definitely the most qualified folks in that situation
