The parkour really peaked at this game. It took what made the parkour in the Ezio games great and added a bunch of new moves and options that made it so smooth. I wish the games continued to build on this system.

actually it took away a plethora of moves from ac1-rev and automated the system and gave it new animations.

@@kovert0312 animations don’t equal skill expression. Those cool vids you see of ac parkour are only possible with systems that have a skill ceiling the skill gap doesn’t need to be killed for those that can’t reach it

Man this game was when AC actually peaked, be it the graphics or parkour or combat or assassination animations. It has so much to offer yet people were and still are too dumb to exploit them. Like the combat in Unity is the most grounded, slow, realistic and difficult one in the series. You aren't a boring mindless brick with sponges for enemies. Going button smashing in combat won't help you last long. You could actually do cool parry. And much more

I’m sorry, buy AC Unity is better than Mirage in all aspects. Why can’t Ubisoft just do this again? AC1 and AC2 but with Unity levels of polish

@@Zikuto_ they also look at videos of skilled youtubers with choreographed runs and don’t realize it took them an hour to string together a 2 minute parkour line bc the game rarely works. i’ve talked to a couple other creators and they know how you have to actively fight unitys system to make it look good. it’s a struggle but the animations are fun to mess around with.
