I am the MASTER of bellyache’s because I’ve had it every night for years! Here are my absolute MASTER steps: 1. GO TO THE BATHROOM. If your belly hurts that usually means something needs to get out. Go to the bathroom, and don’t be afraid to puke. 2. Lay on you belly face-up. This helped me a lot through the years, try it out and it might work. 3. Tell your parent about it and figure out the problem. Your belly might find something like dairy or a specific type of food hard to digest through your bellys’ system. This is one of the causes for bellyaches. I had trouble with dairy and I still do. I hope you find my personal instructions useful. Have a great day! (Dam 🦫, I should be a doctor 😂)
