Plus with other manufacturers they only support their phones for such a limited amount of time unlike Apple who does it for way longer lending to people viewing iPhones as way better than Androids. Now personally I prefer android for it's more openness ( I constantly root and mod my phones) but I can't say that for the average Android user they won't have as of consistent performance as iPhone.
