As an employee I can honestly say that it's only the steak and chicken that are questionable, and maybe all the sugar/fat in the bread, but the tuna is just tuna mixed in with a lot of mayo, the tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and onions are chopped daily, the meatballs are beef and frozen, and the veggie patties are just glorified hash browns, I mean even their bologna you can't really complain about it's turkey based as well as the ham/salami in the cold cut combo, my major problem with subway is the lack of real ovens the only real oven is the bread/cookie oven, the toaster and microwaves are both microwaves so everything is just preheated might as well go to publix and my subway doesn't have soups
