The watchman is Shaktimaan, who is actually Indian TV superhero. He is a rip-off of Superman, but his powers and origin stories are different. There are some references that you missed. DC's side of the room is way darker than Marvels. He always wears black. DC's Joke was funny but the timing wasn't great. Marvels joke wasn't funny in general but since he always says things like that, people enjoy the joke more. Marvel has copied a lot of characters and story lines from DC and made it better. Marvel uses real places in comics but DC uses made-up names. Double is better, not sure about this one, but Marvel has more double meaning jokes than DC in general. Marvel was interested in Wonderwomen because she isn't dark, neither her costume nor her character DC was interested in Blavkwidow because her character and costumes were dark
