What crimes would, Shego, Drakken, Doofenshmirtz, Evil Perry, and Carver be charged with if they went to court?

This video was originally supposed to come out on Wednesday, but KZbin specifically, Disney said otherwise and blocked the video for the segment around the part Drakken activates the Toys to invade countries and wage war against them. I find it odd that the Phineas and Ferb and Proud Family movie didn't get copyrighted (They both belong to Disney too) it just makes me wonder how come those movies didn't get claimed but the Kim Possible movie did, and it got blocked instead of owner allows the video to be used. I did appeal, but as of right now the block of the video is suspended until Disney makes a final decision. I honestly hope Disney lifts the block because clearly my video is protected and considered fair use. (Updated: Due to Disney being a busy company they decided to lift the copyright claim and the video no longer Is copyrighted which means it can be viewable and eventually be monetizable. Now were not out of the woods completely as you know how copyright is on this platform. I would sure not be in the mood if Disney claims this video again or give me a strike while I'm on break. Also, give Dr. Carver a different punishment instead of the death penalty, and that would be being turned back into a peanut because he’s a clone of the real dr. Carver and he was created by a peanut

Regardless if the villain is defeated, killed, arrested, etc. The punishment for all villains will still stand. Remember, these are all scenarios to if villains were criminally charged. So if any villain is charge. They will have to serve the punishment they are given, even if it's infinite life sentences, infinite death penalties or other legal actions, like lawsuits or restraining orders.
