Each of your Evilized Princess has an element in common with Each of my General OC I made. Here. You can see. Zcyther(One-Woman Army themed OC) and Evil Arial can use a sort of Control Magic. Pyrosteel(Burning of the Versatile Witch themed OC) and Evil Mulan and Mushu can use Fire Magic. Agony(Strand of Agony themed OC) and Evil Vanellope can use a Corruption Magic.

You said Ariel was laughing like a maniac, but the way you drew her eyebrow makes it look like she's kinda sad... Which I think is SUPER cool, because maybe Ariel herself is still in there, not wanting to do the things Ursula is making her do. Also, I love Mulan's eye flowers. Especially considering the chat she had with her dad at the beginning of the movie, talking about how some flowers bloom slower than others. Maybe she's wearing them now to show everyone she has fully bloomed.

These would make such good movies! I love the concepts, though my favorite one has to be Mulan. I love the whole “betrayed so I turned evil and took over the world” trope (basically most villains lol). The Ariel one is super well thought out and it gives reason why she turns evil. Not to mention, Vanellope is a very sad and sympathetic villain, giving me slight DDLC vibes with a glitch/virus jumping from game to game, or world to world.

I'm watching this right now and I thought of one other reason Ariel could have became evil. The only other way I could think of would be going crazy over the prince and doing things such as killing people who got too close to him, or possibly even darker more violent actions against people who also wanted the prince. like a yandere, or something like that Anyway just randomly wanted to say this, your version is also very cool and I love all of these :D Especially Penelope, she's probably my favorite Disney princess
