I don’t know about you, but Nerissa taking the ‘Trident of Oceanus’ could be Grand Larceny since there’s only one, it’s an ancient super weapon, stated to be the only thing that can take out a Kraken, and has shown to possess magical capabilities unique to only it.

I think those last couple of charges for Hendricks should probably be looked at again, considering she was trespassing on his ship. in some states the use of force is authorized against trespassers, and can count as self defense in some cases.

The odds are high that hendricks was a horse thief. which at the time was punishable often by death. As horses held formidable value. though this also depends on the class and wealth of hendricks, as individuals with connection or money would probably instead receive a hefty fine. The truth is though, you didnt usually survive as a horse thief in the old west. You usually just died, or went into hiding.
