No, he kept saying he was going to back off, or let her think about it but didn't do it. Also, the fact that she said no and that she wasn't interested and he still kept pushing and was like "Oh, I'll let you think about it". Like, no man, she already gave you an answer. She said no. Giving her 'time to think about it' isn't going to make her change her answer. He was being a pushy creep. If he was really a nice guy, he would have said something like "Oh! You must be Elizabeth! I'm a big fan and would love to get to know you more." or something. Or better yet, don't tell her that you are a massive fanboy and just say, "Oh hi there! I'm Ryan, what's your name?" Then ask her what she likes to do or something. Start a conversation like a normal person, not immediately asking if she wants to go out or something. Major creep vibes. I say this as a woman who has experience with men who don't take no for an answer. It can be genuinely really scary.

Then he went on to say "Oh, you must have felt pressured!" She didn't feel pressured, he was just not accepting the fact that she was genuinely not interested, and he kept pushing.
