Hori7on is a South Korea-based Filipino boy band formed in 2023. The group is composed of members Vinci Malizon, Kim Ng, Kyler Chua, Reyster Yton, Winston Pineda, Jeromy Batac, and Marcus Cabais. Characterized as a world pop group, they are the first Filipino boy band to debut in South Korea, and have been active in both South Korea and Philippines since their formation.

If I’m not mistaken they only had about 3 months of proper “korean” training prior their debut. They won from idol competition in the Philippines called “Dream Maker” last February where one of the most prominent judges is Bae Yoon Jung (dance mentor of Produce). The maknae is 13 years old and the visual is Kyler btw. Thank you for this reaction. 💜 Edit: Their main producer is Bull$eye while their main choreographer is Bae Wan Hee 👍🏻

Now i understand what MLD target aurdience.. their target was knetz.. cause they already have filipino fans.. and to win in music shows so they need to put korean lyrics on its. They're also receiving lesser backlash from knetz compared to other GPOP after their music show performance bec. their debut song is in Korean and English. It also helps that prior to their debut, they have a docu-series and variety shows showing how they're learning Korean language and culture.

They are all filipino who won from a survival show in the Philippines with the collaboration of MLD Entertainment and ABS-CBN called "Dream Maker." They debuted first here in the Philippines and debuted recently in South Korea. Fun fact about them is that they don't come from any training and proper singing, dancing, and rapping workshop when they join the competition.

THEYRE ALL FILIPINOS BUT THEYRE UNDER MLD ENTERTAINMENT. They are just based in SOUTH KOREA, they just recently made their debut. The group was formed by MLD Entertainment and ABS-CBN (PHILIPPINES' BIGGEST ENTERTAINMENT AGENCY) through the Kapamilya Channel survival reality show, Dream Maker (2022-23). The septet made their debut on July 24, 2023, with the release of their debut studio album Friend-Ship.

You're right, a lot of people are saying that Kyler has a resemblance to Cha Eun Woo and sometimes to Heeseung of Enhypen. Kyler even comes out in Korean articles for his resemblance to these two famous Korean idols. The power of visual he hold is insane hehe.
