Sir I am working on an assignment in my sheet I have to make some data in the K column by using the data in the B column and the blank cell will be in the same order in both the B and K columns. The problem is when I use the formula =IF(B10="","",P$4*B3+(1-P$4)*K3) the logical part of the formula is correct (I mean the result is filled in the correct cell or IF part is working ) but the calculation part is picking wrong cells for the calculation i mean P$4*B3+(1-P$4)*K3) Band K cells are wrongly picked up resulting correct cell but wrong data. can you suggest anything for this please?

An excellent explanation on excel tips. God Bless You. How can I extract a particular range of value from one column to another column. In our organization, two Late in/Early out is permitted. If someone exceed the limit each EO/LI will be marked as 1/2 day leave. I have arrived the value exceeded the limit with +/- values. I want to filter the values the next column with the number of half days to be accounted. Like, explained above, I want to get the distinction category marks only in the next column

I suggest referring to all available videos on IF function and create the formula yourself. Try to understand the concept shown in the videos, practice it using the same examples and then try to solve your problem using that concept.
