Exactly I don't feel bad for Tomioka-San here.Rather I feel bad for Shinazugawa-San and Iguro-San.The Fandom thinks that just because he's mean he'll do anything to not be near Tomioka-San like? They absolutely hate his guts yes but,it does not mean they're not humans without hearts.They won't go as far as burning his Haori or anything. I doubt they would do something like that.People say Tomioka-San has had a hard life when in reality everyone does the difference really is that Shinazugawa-San and Iguro-San could move on from their pasts and continue living life normally. They didn't Constantly dwell on their pasts(might be wrong about this part correct me if I am this is just what I understood) While Tomioka-San clinged on to his past,all the things that happened.Another thing is that, the three are peers they're working together in the corps regardless of how Tomioka-San acts they'll still atleast respect him a little,Though they are mean. But still the both Shinazugawa-San and Iguro-San are the most misintepreted especially Shinazugawa-San they make him a cruel person,like an empty shell with no feelings. Also, one thing is that the Fandom likes glorifying Tomioka-San's Past the Bad things that happened to him and all the hardships he went through, to do that, they make those two characters do something that'll trigger Tomioka-San like mentioning his past and saying he was "weak" for not being able to protect his sister like how would they know that??? And most times, it goes like Tomioka-San tells his past to Shinobu-San and she tells the whole hashira about it,though Tomioka-San told her not to,Bringing me to another character which is also misinterpreted. Honestly I don't like these "Giyuu angst" videos anymore because they paint Shinazugawa,Shinobu, and Iguro in Bad light like whenever I see these videos I just have one simple question to ask to myself "Why?" The answer is easy it's because they like glorifying his past,trauma and all the hardships he's went through.
