Its size is breathtaking. When it's climbing out after takeoff, it looks like it's barely moving because its speed is lower in relation to its size than other aircraft.

The runway in GTA is only about 700 meters long. Generally the airport needs to be bigger. Also, the obstacle clearance during the approach on the northbound RWY is too small due to the skyscrapers (FIB building, Bank etc) And aircraft are boarded on the left side not on the right side. For the next GTA they really need to fix some items.

2:53 The pan pan call is incorrect in that situation you use a Mayday call because it directly puts your passengers in danger. Pan pan pan calls are used in cases where it is an emergency but it does not threaten a passengers life, for example a landing gear no going up. But a landing gear not going *down* is a Mayday call
