Hi Ankur Sir Please Read My Comment its long but its quite interesting. And don't think ki name Anonymous hai to kuch Fake Comment hogi. To aapne ISB se MBA kari hai aur aapko Stock Market kya hota hai, usme kyu invest krna hota hai wo bhi nai pata tha kya?? 36lakh per annum agr kisi ki salary ho aur wah agr 25lakh bhi save kr leta hai 1st year me aur usko invest kr deta hai Aur 2nd 3rd 4th years ki income ko phir inn baki cheejo me kharch krta hai jaise car home marriage phir bhi just wo 1st year ki income jo usne invest kari 25lakh wo 40years me i.e. age 25 to 65 @19% CAGR can become 250Cr just 1st year ki income se. Baki ki to maine consider hi nahi ki So the kind of wealth which can be created by these people earning this kind of package is huge but Afsos aapko ye cheeje pata nahi thi. If i would have been there earning 36Lakh per annum I would have done this ⬇️ I can easily Manage my Expenses in 6lakh per annum income and 30Lakh will be straight forwardly Invested in Equities every year. In just 4 year from age 25 to 29 i would have created a corpus of 1.5cr bcoz 1st year's 30 lakh will be doubled after 4 years @19% Cagr, 2nd year would little less than a double and so on then i will spend20/30 lakh on Marriage and After that a year later another 30lakh salary so its compensated 1.5Cr is Intact Then i will Focus More on Investing from Age 30 while doing job Then i will make that 1.5Cr into 1,500Cr in 30 years @26% CAGR. And i have Good Knowledge of picking good companies so i am confident that i can earn 26% CAGR If Stock Market will not deliver me that kind of Return then i will shift my 50% Portfolio to VC Investments(i.e.will give that money to a VC Fund Founder) and they can definitely give 26% CAGR even if 2/3 Companies do Great out of 100 And Baki jo salary aa rahi hai 30lakh per annum wo to chalu hai hi 31 ki Age ke baad bhi wo to maine consider ki hi nai sirf 30's me jo Corpus create hua usiko compound kiya hai. Baki Home,Car i will buy from that income jo 31,32,33ki age me salary se aayegi. And if you think ki 26% Return nahi ban sakta To 19% CAGR pe compound to ho hi sakta hai Portfolio so 3years me double hone ki jagah 4years me hoga double portfolio so jo 30 to 60 ki age me calculate kiya 30 to 70 ke age me hoga 10years extra lagenge.

Maturity is realizing thant this man has always been part of the first world and had first world problems but simply presenting himself as a common man.... Mtlb 45 lacs pa in 2016 as bare minimum.... Bro many including me are not even close to that number even today and we are considered some of the well offs in middle class community.... Point is not jealous of him... It's his hardwork but kind of disgruntled when he presents as if he had a life of a peasant at certain point of life and then he bounced back

I started my career with 1.8lpa ctc and took me 12.6 years to reach the worth of 1 cr after fulfilling family responsibilities like loan repayments, home construction, parents surgeries , my own marriage etc . I think most of us middle class guys start like that only. Not possible to accumulate 1 cr within 7-8 years practically for us

This is the problem with start up world, when company is not yours and funded by VC salary is 60 lakhs / 97 lakhs per year and when company is yours/ funded by yourself salary is 45 lakhs per year. Getting inflated salary and then blaming companies when they layoff.

45 lakh rupees in 2017 is equivalent to 65 lakh rupees in 2023 considering 6% inflation. If you say you struggle to run your house with this income, then you are a rich spoiled kid. Post taxes that income would've been fetching you close to 2.75 lakh rupees per month in 2017 which is a very good salary even today after 6 years.
