If I Die - JRWI RIPTIDE ANIMATIC

It's here fellas, will this ease your weary souls while we get thought this hiatus TOGETHER? I thought this scene was really rounded and would make a good animatic clip, so here it is. This is actually my favorite episode and there are so many good scenes from their little morbid conversations.
It's for sure still far away, but excited for riptides return, maybe I'll get another animatic out before then, who knows.
If you didn't know just roll with it riptide is on hiatus right now, so its the perfect time to either get into it, or catch up. I know 100+ hour long episodes seems insane, but DND content is so much fun, especially with this campaign. It'll be a fun binge I promise

Which is weird since in the feywild's hall of mirrors, Jay didn't appear witch the old Chip and old Gill, meaning that Jay doesn't think she'll live to like her 80s but also isn't convinced that she is going to die.

I was once working as a cashier, and one of the customers had this really pretty necklace. So I told her I really liked her necklace and she looked at me with this deadpan expression and said in the most monotone voice “Thanks. It’s my grandpa.” Everyone around us just got really quiet. Like 😀 oh…okay…cool…

This is actually one of my favorite parts of jrwi riptide so much, it’s like even though they are in a tough situation that is the worst thing that could happen they are still trying to be fun and goof off. It’s actually so fucking heartwarming and I might have cried during this episode. I guess this is just one of the moments that really stuck with me. Also I REALLY REALLY love the designs and art style of these characters from you.

if you think about it after chip got his heart ripped out they kind of are carrying hinm around and putting him in awkward situations. in a way. also this was so good!!! i love this scene so much, you portrayed it perfectly

Wow, this is beautifully done. I love the detail of Jay's earrings swinging around. Chip's facial expressions are very touching. You really communicate the gravity of the situation they were in without losing the way Chip and Jay were trying to lighten the mood.

This captures them so well, the banter they have and the sincerity and these little philosophical moments that every campaign has- man it’s so riptide pirates of them to be so lighthearted and sincere at the same time. I love love how everyone moves, ehehe the way Gillian is draped across the boat and Chip getting worried when he bleeds - your movement adds soooo much to the scene. And the expressions too
