If I must die by Refaat Alareer, killed the 6th of December 2023 in an Israeli airstrike.

The flying and making of the kites was inspired by a poem written by Refaat Alareer, a palestinian poet, writer, professor and activist from the Gaza strip. He was killed the 6th of December 2023 in an Israeli airstrike.
