When you do colonoscopy prep they ask you to take like a whole container of Miralax in 2L of water. It's not the kind of thing you want to do every day, but four Dulcolax chewables shouldn't be dangerous. Did she take a lot more? Otherwise can't imagine the lightheadedness she was experiencing was likely to be hyponatremia or anything so extreme.
