If I touch a Coin, I Switch 'Super Mario Galaxy' Mods

You read the title. (hopefully) Super Mario Galaxy, but every time I touch a coin, I switch mods. I have around 5 downloaded, and the goal is to beat just ONE GALAXY, before running out of mods to play....

I usually start with like 1-3 hours of gameplay. I cut out what I find "boring" or not important to the story or plot of the video. this is how I end up with 5 - 10 minute videos!
