I found problem with Casual is you also learn bad habits and casual actually becomes nore frustrating due to people quitting etc. What I do instead is turning off ranks and dvlivisions and check at the end of the week what (if any) progress i made 😂.

The best advice I can give is to attach yourself to gc 1 and gc2 players and try to keep playing with them. Eventually, as a c3, you will see where you lack compared to them

What got me out of c3 to like mid-high gc1 was 1. Practicing just basic shooting. It’s honestly pretty hard to hit hit shots with power and accuracy from seemingly simple awkward bounces. Once you start paying attention it’s actually. 2. Really think about your rotations. As first man, don’t leave your tm8 in a 2v1 where they don’t have the ball. If you dive in and miss the challenge then your tm8 will get cooked more often than not. You might need to cut rotation more to cut off their dribble or get a bump for example. As second man just stall until your tm8 gets back behind you or gets a chance to disrupt the play. You don’t wanna just go for the ball and miss leaving an open net. You don’t wanna take a risky 50 which can give them a free ball. All you gotta do is play it safe and wait for tm8 You can pre much guarantee that almost on every goal that gets scored on you, you probably made one of these mistakes
