If you slowly reduce the fat intake you will reach that by six months , but 12 isn't realistic , I mean he is black , it won't be tough for him to get 12% so don't take advice on that , I need to work all day so I am around 15% , a lean body and energy.

You need to carb cycle and add a refeed every two weeks. Also a deload once every 6 weeks. It's seriously not that hard. You just gotta work smarter.

Intermittent fasted and ate high carbs/protein and low fat and a caloric surplus on workout days. low carbs, high fat/protein on non workout days and had a slight caloric deficit. I held 10 percent with ease. You gotta work smarter not harder. If you know how to cook, the food is delicious and that's key to be able to sustain the diet.

I'm not a 8, 9, or 10. But, I had good teeth because I took care of them, good skin, healthy and full hair, wasn't a baby mama, I exercised 5 to 6 days a week, and I dressed well. I looked well maintained. I never had a problem having men date me. My preference was Black men, so that's who I exclusively dated.

No, but pair that with everything else he said in the video and maybe a few extra steps to go beyond and you can go from ugly, to at least bearable to watch in the worst case. If you're not naturally attractive, then your best bet is to try to put any little improvement you can into your frame, a nice haircut could be a +0.5, fixing your balding could be a +2, getting a good physique a +1, good diet, good skincare, and then thing you know you are already a 6-7, or even better an 8

Veneers: $7k-$20k depending how many you want and if they’re good quality. Hair Transplant in Turkey: ranges from $3k-$15k depending on how many grafts needed and if you want good quality. Attractiveness is a bonus but the key is *CONFIDENCE.* Iv seen 10/10 women with 5/10 men because they’re confident and masculine. And I see it ALL THE TIME.
