Maybe I’m in the minority, but it feels kind of gross. Mixing gambling and collecting so overtly really seems to hide the point of collecting. This goes even beyond investing if that’s someone’s reason for getting into cards. I’m not trying to be a hater, it just puts shade over the whole hobby. A lot of people struggle with gambling addictions and making it available so readily like this just feels yuck.
