Honestly, every family should be so lucky to have a representative with this much knowledge and commitment. She let perfect strangers into the house even after she said she wasn't ready. So she was making all these decisions on the fly and trying to make the best decision for the estate. Not everyone having a garage or estate sale just wants to give stuff away for cheap. She also isn't required to give deals to resellers.

Kayla , If you find a coach handbag, and the lining is soiled. Just take the fabric (pull it out ), but don't tear it out. Spray with shout and let it sit for a few days, then rinse with water. Stains come out every time for me. Stains on coach bags are a good thing at garage sales. You can really bargain down the prices.

No one wanted to help me and the 3 of my siblings had their hands out for more. They have all passed away in the last 15 years. Mom had no Will.
