This helps a lot. Always trying to balance between being benevolent and genuinely nice, and yet having boundaries with those who gaslight, manipulate, or take advantage. Its always like surfing the waives in keeping this balance. And maybe I should stop feeling guilty for speaking at times what would be piercing truth with those whose behavior is imposing, dishonest, and unchecked.
