No I don’t think she went too far. She didn’t take it far enough. When he was busy treating her like thrash, abusing her physically, and emotionally, he didn’t think that karma was going to hit him hard. The children saw the way their mom was abused on a daily basis, they felt horrible for their mother, so they don’t give him any help, because their mom told them not to. I enjoyed the story a lot.
