And 70% of what Russia does spend goes directly into the Russian officers pockets. Russia won't even be able to protect their own borders within 10n years. Putin ruined Russia. Russia can't even beat a country 1/20thit's size that doesn't even have a navy and has like 30 50 year old jets that are air worthy and they live net door.
