Another problem aside from the obvious problems with removing R6 is CLOTHING. A lot of clothing breaks at least somewhat with R15, especially with mine, so removing R6 is like my nightmare. The thing with R6 is that its flat, the clothing wraps around easily, no problemo. Like a decal. R15 is jointed and complicated, and because they still are using support for the wrapping clothing, they have to reuse what they have already with the clothing which is bad if you aren't using the old school animation package (especially with pants that have shoes). The shoes will show up on the insides of joints and stuff. I don't wanna have to redo all my clothing simply because of yet ANOTHER good roblox feature being removed.

And if R6 is removed, I'm not budging from my Old School animation package. R15 also makes you look fat, the joints clip a lot and there are ugly edges. As a default cube body user this really pisses me off.

As a person who has been playing obbies for 3 years I got to admit that without r6 roblox would be extremely different. R6 is the OG body type in the game and I would delete my main account and my alt accounts because the majority of them are on r6 and I would probably never change them to r15. R6 has been around for nearly 20 years and many people would probably quit because roblox has removed and added too many stuff. I miss the "Oof" sound it's just a classic. They had fo replace it for the " Uhh" sound and they are adding voice chat. With voice chat it's probably going to give moderators a bit of a challenge. People can basically say anything and roblox would just give them a warning saying " Our moderators have dected you saying inappropriate language and if you continue you could no longer have your voice chat." Why won't roblox just give people real warnings and account bans when this happens? My friend used to laugh because she said my avatar looked like it was forever stuck in 2017 and I'd rather my avatar be stuck in 2017 than be stuck in the 'longest unskippable ad' known as 2024. I just want the older versions of roblox back..

If Roblox removes R6, we can definitely say that everything that used to describe Roblox is gone. R6 has literally been existing since the beginning of the platform, it's one of the things that everybody knows, that is significant to the platform's history. I don't understand why deleting r6 would make people not play obbys??? That doesn't make any sense

Most of the obbies were made when neither Rthro and R15 were a thing. R6 is buggy sometimes (simply because they put less effort, R6 is obviously less complex) and it has made parkour, tricks and bugs, all attached to movement, to appear. Obbies actively use those things. Without R6, obby is just about knowing two things about R15 parkour and good sense of timing.
