In all fairness, there is 2 problems from prosecution: - that video have NOTHING to do with incedent, where he publicly lasered that bystander, that is irrelevant evidence (it might be used as "judje of character"... maybe) - even if you consider using that video, Homelander didn't do anything illegal. I presume, as he is mostly entertainer, he is not have duty by law to save anyone. Yeah, his public image might be ruined, but still, that video only have maybe threats of violence that might be prosecutable. But that is need to be other case entirely
