that crammed ufc train was nothing like the trains you get going to Walsall when u support Northampton town.Its idea for football supporters to get the train up to Birmingham in the morning, go to the pub, then get the train to the ground which takes about 15 minutes.Its rammed and i saw famalys going to places such as lichfeild for the day and they were in shock at how busy the train had become as they had traveled from Wolverhampton and on the way up to the city, it was apparantly compleatly dead. Bare in mind this was an LNWR Class 350 so they have quite enough space for people to sit down(most day). Just yeah it was a horrible train up but back down was better as nobody got on(as the game ended few minutes early and the train was late), in the end they all had to wait and throw stuff across the platform at the walsall supporters...

Stepford Express current CEO and Ex-Stepford Connect CEO. I can't see why this is Connect faults. This is because of the new lounges and the over budgets extensions and upgrades to match their employees and passengers demand which is hard because of the cost. So I dont see another excuse that they reduced their salary. They are asking for too much and Stepford Connect is stressed because everyone things that its the perfect operater but other operators are here for a reason. So the problem is high demands that leaves Stepford Connect very poor and insufficient funding from thr goverment sometimes and thst happens to all of the operators but Connect gets the harder hit. So this is mostly not Connect's fault.
