No contact almost broke my relationship up. In our case we were both thinking the other wanted to move on when in reality it was a breakdown of communication. So in my opinion, no contact is good to s point but don’t let to much time go by that you’re not speaking your true feelings… don’t play games. Love is real and worth saving! Since I wrote the above, I still stand by my words, but sadly our love has seen it’s end. I look back on 2 yrs and wish I had ended it as soon as I saw red flags. Cheating, lies, hot cold on his part… it all took quite a toll. I gave way to much love and time and forgiveness. Now I’m left holding all this pain I don’t know how to stop so I can be happy again. One thing I know… love is the greatest gift and feeling in the world. But if you ever have any doubts you must listen to your gut instincts or you’ll be bringing all that pain upon yourself bc somewhere along the way you knew better just like I did!

Great advice for self love and gaining self worth after a person loses themselves post breakup. The intention at first, may be for the person they crave to miss them, want them, contact them.. but if they use these tools successfully - by the time the person realises what they've lost and comes back around - the one they left behind, will be too empowered and strong to want to say yes to their offer :)
